Grow Your Yoga Practice
Asana Yoga is designed to deepen your mind-body connection through mindful movement and breath. It is a practice that is meant to adapt to your body and your circumstances.
I believe that through the regulatory practice of Yoga, one can come into alignment with their highest self. For me Yoga isn’t just about relaxing- although that can be a large part of it! It’s more about bringing yourself into a state of regulation that is appropriate for the environment that you’re in. Then from that state- you can move forward and make the best decisions for yourself and your community.
In my classes, you'll have the opportunity to turn inward to cultivate self-awareness, discernment, and build lasting stress resilience.

Come practice with me.

Wednesdays @ Flow Haus Yoga
Give your body and your nervous system what it actually needs at the end of day— either a mindfully paced Vinyasa practice or a grounding meditative Yin practice …OR both!
Who said you had to pick just one path to achieve liberation? Definitely not me!
Join us Wednesdays for Daily Practice (aka Vinyasa) and Yin Yoga.

“This practice isn’t intended for you to go in thinking that you are broken and that you need to fix yourself. That’s not the space of, or the practice of, yoga. The practice of yoga is acknowledging that you are already whole and complete, and that there are layers on us that veil truth. We’re moving through the removal of those layers in order to see truth, which is that you are whole, you are fine, you are exactly who you were created to be.”
